The challenge
To drive digital transformation and foster innovation, Sicredi made substantial investments in technology, partnering with IT service providers to expand its capabilities.
Our contribution
Since 2013, we have been strategically managing the allocation of skilled professionals to support Sicredi’s digital transformation. As a trusted partner, we collaborate across multiple business units—including Agribusiness, Corporate Architecture, and IT Credit Risk—ensuring alignment and seamless project execution. Currently, our experts are integrated across nine different areas within Sicredi.
Our team has played a pivotal role in major initiatives, including the digital migration of Sicredi’s core banking systems, and several strategic projects such as:
- Development of an instant payment system;
- Support for payment and receivables products;
- Maintenance of legacy systems to facilitate Open Banking implementation;
- UX development for the Rural Product Note;
- Streamlining credit negotiation processes for individual and corporate customers;
- Fraud prevention and intrusion detection systems.
Through Staff Augmentation, we have delivered approximately 100,000 hours per year of specialized expertise, including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Architects, Scrum Masters, Product Designers, and Quality Analysts, among others.
Collaboration on strategic products
Our Staff Augmentation services have contributed to the success of Sicredi’s most critical digital products. Notable achievements include:
- Saúde Odonto, marking Sicredi’s entry into the health insurance market;
- Completude, a modern platform that replaced eight legacy systems, bringing autonomy to the Insurance vertical;
- Life Insurance, where we supported the product’s development and the new digital customer journey;
- Enhancing and maintaining key services used in the Sicredi App.
